Social responsibility

Social responsibility is an important element of Hendal's business. Social responsibility is reflected in the commitment to quality of business, monitoring requirements and needs of clients and employees, developing new services, protecting the environment and helping the local community. We achieve this through the following activities:

 

  • Quality of business – doing business according to standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 20252:2012
  • Clients – continuous measurement of customer satisfaction on a project basis
  • Employees – measuring employees` satisfaction on an annual basis
  • Suppliers – continuous measurement of supplier satisfaction
  • Environment – reducing paper consumption by conducting research electronically, with adequate disposal of all types of waste
  • Local community – conducting pro bono research and donations
